Her Story

Trici Noel Harris Coleman is a mother, entrepreneur, and systems builder dedicated to empowering mothers to create successful businesses and generational wealth by reminding them to focuse on bringing clarity and structure to their minds, homes, and finances without compromising their health, peace, or time with their children.​

Her foundation is simple: women shouldn't have to perform, overexpose, force, or burn themselves down to create stability for their families.

As a single mom of two sons, Trici spent years leading in demanding roles while managing a full household. She worked within systems that rewarded performance and ignored authenticity and the weight that came with being a nurturer, a mother, and a leader all at once. After coming from a season of hypervigilance, hyper independence and survival mode she didn't have a space that nurtured or nourished where she been and where she was going. She remained in environments and in systems that were never created with her in mind. While she poured her energy, effort, and time into other people’s visions, her home and her own vision went neglected. Everything she has built since then is designed to change that.

Her background spans non-profit organizations, healthcare management, workforce development, operations, and community leadership. She's managed HR, training, and compliance for a home healthcare agency, built and operated a virtual call center from scratch, and led company-wide initiatives while serving on Employee Resource Groups for underrepresented communities.

​

Trici is an ICF-certified Health Coach and Financial Social Work Educator committed to assisting women in achieving financial stability while addressing the underlying causes of financial trauma. She holds certifications in Micro and Macro Nutrition, Financial Literacy and Bookkeeping, as well as Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy. With extensive experience in coaching and facilitating socio-emotional and job-readiness workshops for moms and that are justice impacted. She has also served as a board member for two women's shelters, all while creating products and services for women seeking to transform their relationship with themselves and their money.

Her story didn't start in a boardroom. It started in survival.

Step Up to the Plate of L.I.F.E., an outreach ministry started by Trici for single mothers at Ubuntu Community Center, the same shelter where she once lived with her 4-year-old son, who is now 20, is proof of what happens when lived experience becomes a system and when someone turns their pain into purpose.
